C4i Consultants is a training and software development company that specializes in the design and employment of modeling and simulation software. Our software is currently employed with both the US and Canadian militaries as well as several Middle Eastern Countries. We have integrated our simulation software with both military and civilian command and control systems to greatly enhance the training and employment of those systems.
C4i Consultants has worked with several countries on the development and deployment of various C4ISR systems. C4i Consultants have developed operating procedures and training curriculum for the systems as part of their delivery to the end user. 
C4i Consultants' focus has always been to enhance the training and performance of Emergency Operations Centers and military command staff. To that end we set out to design and support a suite of world-class training and staff planning software.
Simulation Software
C4i Consultants has developed constructive simulation software for both the military and civilian environments.
- MILSIM is a military constructive simulation that is simple to use and conduct training with but does not sacrifice performance or fidelity.
- EDMSIM replaces cloth model exercise and Master Event Lists with constructive simulation for EOC training and other Emergency Management exercises.
Operational Planning Tools
Our suite of collaborative and staff planning tools work with our simulation software and integrate with third-party C4ISR systems to assist with planning future operations.
Training Support and C4ISR Consulting
- Training Support. Our training staff of former senior military officers and emergency management experts are available to assist with training development, planning and execution.
- C4ISR Consulting. We can assist with the development of operating procedures and provide training advice for the deployment of new C4ISR systems
