milsimMILSIM - Military Constructive Simulation.

MILSIM is an entity-based, real-time constructive battlefield command simulation. MILSIM is intended as a training tool for the primary training audience which is the commanders and their staff within a headquarters.  It is also suitable for the secondary training audience which is the lower-level leaders and other operators who are sitting in front of the computer stations operating the simulation entities.  MILSIM is intended to train commanders and staff on command post operations and battlefield tactics.

MILTOOLS are a set of staff officer planning tools that can be integrated with MILSIM.  MILTOOLS take advantage of the fact that the entities within the simulation are driving over the same (simulated) terrain and fighting the same (simulated) forces that the real forces would encounter.  MILTOOLS act as a check and balance for existing staff planning tables and present the information in an easy-to-use graphical format.

MILTRAINER is an add-on component to the MILSIM constructive simulation.  MILTRAINER is utilized when MILSIM has been integrated with a C4ISR system for the purposes of managing courses, tracking student results conducting computer-based training and finally conducting training with MILSIM stimulating the C4ISR system.

MILCOMM is a dynamic communications planning, control and monitoring tool. MILCOMM allows for the planning and control of military networks as well as dynamic network testing and evaluation.  Its communications simulation capability enables it to act as a training tool for communications personnel.

EDMSIM (Emergency and Disaster Management Simulation) is an entity-based, real-time constructive simulation.  The intent of EDMSIM is to train the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) staff and Incident Commanders (IC) by replacing the current Tabletop and Master Scenario Event List (MEL) exercises with a dynamic and realistic simulation.  This provides a more realistic input to the ICs and EOC and allows the exercise to be much more adjustable and free-flowing than the traditional training methods.

COPLAN is C4i Consultants' collaborative planning software. When integrated with a command and control system, it allows distributed collaborative planning to occur within a networked headquarters as well as across radio networks.
